Is your child a future star?

Then, sign him or her up for our Children’s Readers’ Theatre club for kids in grades 3-5! The club will meet for three Thursdays at 5:30 PM: Feb. 18 – March 4. All children will receive a part in the play based on David Shannon’s book A Bad Case of Stripes. No memorization is necessary. Actors will read from a script during the performance.

This is a great way to make reading exciting! Registration is required for all three sessions so visit or call the library today!

Do you go bananas for books?

So do we! Children in grades preK-5 are invited to join Mighty the Monkey’s Banana Book Bonanza. Earn a prize for each book you read, up to 4 books! Registration for this free winter reading program begins on Monday, January 11 at 11 AM and continues through mid-February.
