This past Wednesday, I hosted a Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo Princess Party. I highly encouraged costumes, and even dressed up myself! I was happy to see that every guest showed up in a princess costume. I had a Snow White and 2 Elsas. We had a lot of fun! I read them The Princess and the Pig by Jonathan Emmett while they munched on cookies, then I had them make their own princess wands out of striped pinwheel straws, construction paper/cardstock, ribbon, glue, and glitter. The glitter was a must.
Miss Sara reads to the princesses!

After the girls were finished with their wands, we had picture time! We took serious and silly ones, per the princesses’ request. Afterwards, we had a Princess Parade where we marched around the library singing Let It Go. The girls were all really adorable and they had a blast…and I did too! It’s so much fun to bring that kind of fun and joy to their day. 🙂
The Children’s department here at the library is looking for LEGOs! If you have LEGOs that you no longer use or need, we’ll take ’em. We’d like to start a LEGO building program. 🙂
Thanks in advance!
